I am delighted to have the opportunity to sing the praises of Torrance Jay! What a pleasure it was to meet such a professional, kind hearted young lady whose ‘can do’ attitute, knowledge of cat care and attention to every logistical detail was so impressive and reassuring, I intuitively felt I’d found the very best person to cat sit a few days for my fluff ball Harry. Harry was very content and happy whilst I was away, I knew this as Torrance sent me little video updates which included lots of new toys she had brought him, which I found to be a lovely sentiment. Eveything at home was left beautifully tidy and the whole experience was so positive I know I would hire Torrance again. If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to have Torrance care for your pet, please do grab it with both hands (or paws)! I cannot recommend her more highly. Torrance did an amazing job looking after my two pups Stanley and Reggie. She took them on a lovely walk to the beach at Bradwell where they had a run off lead and played ball. Torrance doesn’t just walk your dog but she will put the time into mentally stimulating them too. If you’re looking for a dog walker or animal sitter then I would 100% recommend Torries Pawsome Pals, you won’t find a better, more caring and compassionate person than Torrance. I have four tiny terrors. But although they are small, I couldn't walk them all as they would pull me over. And have done several times They now don't pull or lunge at cars. They are polite and listen. Their behaviour improves by the week They love Torry and she and they spend a good ten minutes before she goes in mutual admiration and sloppy cuddles Would definitely recommend for behaviour training

I have just returned after 3 months abroad, and had met with Torrie and agreed that she would visit twice a day to feed and care for my 19 year old cat while we were away. This young lady has been amazing. My cat has been given a new lease of life. She taught her how to play (not seen her do that for a long time). She took her to the Vets when she hurt her eye, applied the necessary treatment and gave her the pills she needs for old age problems. In addition, all my house plants are alive and flourishing (not in her contract), and my house was neat and tidy. She also sent us regular video and photo updates of how our cat was doing. An amazing, hard working, young lady whom I would trust completely and recommend heartily. I have already booked her for my next trip!

Lucy and Captain had the best day in Torries care! They have been spoilt with so much fun and love and attention. I’m so pleased they had a fun day. Torrie came for a couple of small visits prior to the sitting to build a connection with the dogs so on the day they were so excited to see her! They were exhausted when we got home. Torri walks my 2 dogs willow and Bella twice a week and they adore her. One of which Bella refuses to walk with anyone but me however after a few weeks she is so happy to go out with her and has the best time. Torri always sends me pictures and videos and any updates she also gives them a health check over after. I think she is now their favourite person!

Torrance is brilliant, from the first time we met I just knew I could trust her with my dog bear (chocolate lab). She was very professional, friendly and she made sure I knew everything about her experience with animals, her qualifications etc. Her work ethic is fantastic too!! Torrence has been walking bear for just over a month now, the bond they have already is amazing, he absolutely loves her and loves his walks and pop ins, she’s also been doing some training with him and he’s doing so well 🐾. I can’t fault her, when I’ve needed to change my walk days she’s been so accommodating. I’m so glad we have found you! Thank you 💙

Torrance has looked after my Bull Terrier Buster on numerous occasions, she genuinely loves being around dogs and will give 100% she pre visits you and your dog beforehand and gets to know your dog and and interacts with your dog before putting the dog in her care, she also asks about any issues or anxiety your dog may have, Buster loved having Torrance care for him and take him for a walk, I would highly recommend Torrance for dog walking/sitting service

I would like to take this time to say thank you to Torrance and her business. Torrence you looked after my cats and my home like it was your own. The updates and photos put a smile on my face to know they were well looked after. You took time to water my garden and check on my home. I felt comfortable knowing my cats and my home was in safe hands. I loved the gift when we came home. I cant thank you enough and will 100% be using you again. We recently discovered Torrance and are so pleased we found her. She walks our golden retriever Bailey and she’s amazing with him. She also pops in if we’re out for the day to check in on him and to play. She has lots of great ideas to help keep him entertained and to mentally stimulate him. We were a bit nervous about leaving our dog while we went on holiday, especially after some bad experiences with previous dog sitters – but Torrie at Torrie’s Pawsome Pets completely changed that for us. From the very start, she was kind, professional, and clearly a true animal lover. She took the time to understand our dog's routine, quirks, and needs, and kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we got back, our dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. It’s such a relief to know we've finally found someone we can trust. Torrie is amazing at what she does and we honestly wouldn’t leave our dog with anyone else now. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring dog sitter!

We used Torrance to cover our animals when we were away in August. She really is amazing and I’m so glad we have found her. She stayed in our house with the animals and I am not completely sure the animals wanted us to come home! She is full of ideas, pays attention to details and really listens to all the little things that as a pet owner you want to get across to someone looking after your fur babies. I would 100% recommend Torrie. She looked after our cat for us while we were on holiday, she was very communicative and clearly loves animals. She is very conscientious and there are so many little thoughtful extras that she provides which go above and beyond what others provide. Thank you Torrie I will not hesitate to use you again!

Torrie has been helping us for just over a month now and we have had amazing progress with our two little terrors! She clearly knows what she is doing and the doggies absolutely love her and get so excited to see her. She has always been so calm and patient with our two doggies and so helpful with any questions we have had and always giving us plenty of advice. I can’t praise her enough, we are so glad we found her to help us. we highly recommend torrie and even once the training has finished we will definitely stay in touch and she will always be our first call if we go away on holidays. ❤️

I honestly cannot recommend Torrie’s Pawsomes Dog Services highly enough. Leaving my dogs in someone else’s care was something I hadn’t done in over five years, so it was a huge emotional step for me. I have two Shar Peis, one of whom is very reactive and extremely anxiously attached to me, which made the idea of being apart even more daunting. From the very beginning, Torrie was incredible. We arranged several build-up sessions ahead of time, which made such a difference in easing both my anxiety and my dogs’ comfort levels. She was so patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in making sure we all felt secure before the actual stay. While I was away, Torrie kept me constantly reassured with regular updates, photos, and messages. Seeing my dogs not only settled but actually progressing and feeling comfortable was something I never expected so quickly. It was clear they were being cared for with real love and attention, not just looked after. Because of this experience, I’ve now booked her for regular weekly walks so my dogs can continue building their bond with her. It gives me so much confidence knowing that, when the time comes, I’ll be able to go away again feeling completely at ease. Torrie has the most calming, reassuring temperament. She instinctively knows how to put both dogs and owners at ease, and her passion for dogs shines through in everything she does. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your pets, but I truly felt that with her. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dogs as if they were her own, Torrie is absolutely the one.
