Who We Are

Now 23, Torrance has spent years studying animal care and gaining hands-on experience from a young age. She completed work experience within a veterinary practice and went on to qualify as a Veterinary Care Assistant, developing a strong understanding of animal health, behaviour, and wellbeing.

After working within the veterinary industry, Torrance felt there was something missing in pet care — a deeper level of love, patience, and genuine connection. She started Torries Pawsome Pals to create a service that owners can truly trust, where pets are cared for as if they were her own.

Her mission is simple: to bring love into pet care, and to ensure every animal feels safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Torrance owns a cat called twilight, she is a domestic shorthair – Twilight is 11 years old and loves a cuddle. She is very spoiled and loves a spa Sunday where she is brushed and ber paws are massaged with coco butter.
